 BB Day Camps Director

Position: BB Day Camps Director – Full-time, Year-round
Location:
B’nai B’rith Camp Office (Portland)
Salary:
$45,000-$55,000, DOE

Under the supervision of the Chief Community & Jewish Life Officer, the BB Day Camps Director is responsible for guiding B’nai B’rith Camp to the highest standards of excellence, enabling BB Camp to fulfill its mission. The BB Day Camps Director is responsible for the development and implementation of BB Day Camps and youth and family engagement programs, including camper recruitment, program development and implementation, hiring and supervising BB Day Camps’ Site Directors, seasonal camp staff, and engagement programs staff, day-to-day summer day camp operations, building a vibrant Jewish community for campers and staff, budget development and management, and planning for improvements and growth. Position: Assistant Director- Teen and Staff Engagement – Full-time, Year-round

Salary:
$40,000-$45,000, DOE

The Assistant Director- Teen and Staff Engagement is responsible for building a vibrant Jewish community through program development engaging teens and young adults. Duties include planning for teen and staff program improvements and growth, teen and middle school year-round engagement programming, camper and staff recruitment, summer camp staff program development, and supervision of Unit Head Leadership Staff. Position: Site Director- BB Day Camp Portland

Year-round; Part-time (academic year), Full-time (summer season) 
Salary:
$17.00/ hour, DOE

The Site Director is responsible for building a vibrant and inclusive Jewish Day Camp program.  The Site Director will assist in developing, implementing, and operating the BB Day Camp Portland program, including camper recruitment, program development, hiring and supervision of seasonal camp staff, building a vibrant Jewish community for campers and staff, program budget development and management, and planning for future improvement and growth.  The Site Director is responsible for the day-to-day functions of the Camp.
